Trueretail provides professional moving and transport services for residential and commercial clients. Our services include packing assistance, loading, secure transport, and unloading of your belongings. We operate throughout Ireland and are committed to handling your items with care and professionalism.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not use our services to transport illegal items, hazardous materials, or items that violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that all items you request us to transport are legal to move and that you have the right to transport them. Any misuse of our services may result in immediate termination of service and may subject you to legal action.
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Customers are required to provide accurate information about the items to be moved, pickup and delivery locations, and preferred dates. We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for your move. Changes to your booking should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready for collection at the scheduled time and that both pickup and delivery locations are accessible. You must inform us of any special requirements, such as items requiring extra care or access restrictions. Customers should also ensure that they have the necessary permissions to move items from and to the specified locations.
Pricing for our services is based on factors including distance, volume of items, and any additional services requested. We provide transparent quotes before you commit to booking. Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
While we take every precaution to protect your belongings during transport, Trueretail carries insurance to cover potential damages. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our insurance coverage. We recommend that customers inform us of any particularly valuable or fragile items so we can take appropriate precautions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueretail's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability is further limited by the terms of our insurance coverage and applicable law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may not incur charges, but late cancellations may be subject to fees to cover our preparation costs. Our team will work with you to find the best solution if circumstances change.
If a dispute arises between you and Trueretail, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, through the courts of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, in accordance with the applicable law.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
